RETURNS

  • We refund ALL full priced items that are returned in their original condition, excluding earrings, hats, hair bands, head wear, and intimates.

  • Items must be posted in the mail within 14 days of receiving your order. Any items posted after this time frame will be denied.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, including packaging, tags, shoe boxes and sanitary labels to be eligible for either a refund or store credit

  • Once Addaliines Way has received your returned package, all returned items will be inspected before a refund or store credit is issued.

  • BUNDLES - All items of a bundle must be returned together at the same time in order for a return to be approved and processed. We reserve the right to return-to-sender all partial items that are sent back for a refund.

***Addaliines Way reserves the right to deny a return if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way or have any form of excessive hair, perfume, scents, or makeup on the fabric. These soiled or damaged items will be returned to sender. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund.

  • No restock fees.

  • Please allow 2-3 business days for a refund to be processed from the date that the returned item is received by Addaliines Way.

  • Please allow 5 business days for a refund to be processed during holiday periods.

  • You will be notified via the email address that the order was placed with once the transaction has been processed.

  • Refunds will be issued to the credit card, PayPal or other account that the payment had originally come from.

  • Return Shipping is at the cost of the customer and is non-refundable.

 

***Please note if there may be an issue with your original payment type, you must notify our customer care team prior to making your return at AddaliinesWay@Gmail.com in order to organize alternative refund arrangements. Any issues that may arise with refunds to the original account due to Addaliines Way not being notified are completely out of our control and Addaliines Way will not be held accountable.

***We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as Addaliines Way cannot issue a refund on items that are not received. We also recommend that customers ask for proof of postage at the time of posting returned items.

EXCHANGES

Due to our products frequently selling out, we cannot always process an exchange for you. If you require a replacement size, color or alternative item/s, please contact us so that we can check our inventory and best accommodate you. Replacements are limited to the same item, different size only. Exchanges must be ordered within 3 days of receiving the product. All product condition stipulations outlined in returns apply.

SALE ITEMS

All Sale Items and Sample items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange, unless the item received is faulty or your order was fulfilled incorrectly.

EARRINGS, INTIMATES, HATS + HEADWEAR

Due to sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings, intimates hats or headwear.

RECEIVED THE WRONG ORDER OR A FAULTY ITEM?

If you were shipped the wrong order or a faulty item, please notify us immediately by contacting us at AddaliinesWay@Gmail.com and quoting the order number and fault or incorrect item. We will send you the correct item upon receipt of proof that you have sent back the wrong or faulty item.

EXTRA INFO

Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are returned to Addaliines Way. Addaliines Way will not issue a refund on item/s that are not received or are lost in transit.

Shipping is non-refundable except in cases where Addaliines Way may have made an error.
